Dips are common condiments. Dips are used to add some flavor in food.Dips are nothing but Semi-liquid Condiment.

We commonly serve dips with finder foods like chips,Paneer and many other appetizer.As we all know, Dips are normally based on  Milk,Yoghurt,Cream cheese and Mayonnaise.Mayonnaise is the most common Condiment that is widely used as a base in any dip or as spread .HEROes of my today's recipe are Garlic and Hung Curd.
Garlic is widely used in Italian as well as in Indian cuisine.And Hung curd is also used in marination of any tikka Recipes,Cream Cheese and Shrikhand.It has a unique Creamyness and quite thick texture because we Strain Water from the curd.It is good Source Of calcium.
Today's Dip Recipe is not Quick Recipe until You have Ready-made Hung Curd.You have to prepare Hung Curd First.I had some Left over Hung Curd and I actually Wanted to make Simple Dip from The ingredients That is in my fridge.
I add Garlic Paste With Fresh Coriander Leaves.Also Sprinkle some chili flakes to give a bit spiciness in dip.This dip can be served with any appetizer,Potato Chips|Finger Chips etc.

Hung Curd- Garlic dip

Prep Time : 5 mins
Cook Time : 0 mins
Total Time : 5 mins
Main Ingredient : Garlic, Hung Curd
Serves : 3-4
Cuisine : Fusion

  • Hung Curd - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Garlic Paste- 1 tsp
  • Chili Flakes - As per you taste
  • Mix Herbs - 1 tsp
  • Coriander , chopped- 1 tsp
  1. Take a mixing bowl and And Add Hung Curd,Salt,Mix  Herbs and Coriander well.
  2. At Last add some chili Flakes.
  3. Serve Chilled.
  • Preparation Time of Hung Curd is not included in this recipe.
  • Chili Flakes is optional.
  • You are allow to add 1 tbsp of Fresh Cream As Well.It gives More creaminess in your dip.
