Moving to this recipe- Palak Dal is Versetile recipe as this have diffrenet versions. This can be made with Yellow Moong, Pink Lentil , Pigeon pea lentil OR Bengal Gram. I am sharing Yellow Moong dal version today.Yellow gram like other lentils and pulses is a good source of protein and dietary fibre.It is low in fat and rich in B complex vitamins, calcium and potassium. And Spinach is Good source of iron.
I have Prepared Dal Palak with Onion and garlic.onions and garlic have a strong flavor and taste.It had the subtle aroma of ghee tempered with cumin.Because we are boiling Yellow Moong, It adds Creamyness.I love Dal Palak with Roti and Rice. This is Comfort meal.
You can Serve This With Plain Rice, Paratha OR Thepla.
