The origin of chaat is Delhi.I have also said in my before posts that,chaat recipe is founded by mughals.My Today's Recipe is Aloo Tikki Chat recipe.It is The real Treet to your taste buds.This is Very popular Road side Snack.The Outer layer of the Tikki Is Crispy and the inner layer of tikki is Smoooth and Creamy because of boiled potato.Tikkies are roasted using Ghee. The aroma of tikki is anough to make you hungry.
But waaaaiittttt friends, This is not the end.Today's Aloo Tikki is bit different. I adopt This recipe from the Famous chef "Sanjeev Kapoor".This is Crisp in outside but Creamy and Bit Crunchy in inside.Yes-You read right, Crunchy because i add moong dal stuffing inside. I parboil Yellow Moong dal First to add little-bit of crunchiness inside.
I gave Spicy-Minty flavor to the outer layer of tikki. and in stuffing, I add All routine masalas for the authentic flavor.I Finally serve this tikki with chopped tomato, Green Chutney, Garlic Chutney and Tamarind Chutney topped with yogurt.
My Other Favorite Chaat Recipes Are Bhel Puri , Ragda Patties ,Papdi Chat ,Bombay bataka ,Dahi wada
