This is basic recipe for any chaat..

Recipe Details below:

Tempered Moong


  • Soaked Moong , 1 cup
  • Salt- to taste
  • Curry leaves - 5 nos
  • Red chilli powder - a pinch
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch
  • Oil - 1tbsp
  • Coriander powder - a pinch
  • Chat Masala - a pinch
  • Water -1/2 cup

Method / Assembling:

  1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add cumins.
  3. Add Curry Leaves.
  4. Add soaked moong ,All masalas and mix them well.Add Required Water.
  5. PressureCook them for 10 mins
  6. Use it in any chaat.
