Hello all foodies,

Here is quick,easy,healthy spread recipe.
I often use this as a bread spread.i am getting bored with cheese spread and chocolate spread and blaa blaaa blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa so this tangy spread is my new favorite.


Recipe Details below:

Cucmber- Tomato Spread

Prep Time : 5 mins
Cook Time : 10 mins
Total Time : 15 Mins
Main Ingredient : Tomato , Cucumber
Serves : 2
Cuisine : Fusion
Ingredients:
  • Bread slices -4 (brown/white)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cucumber,grated - 1 small size
  • Hung curd - 1 cup
  • Tomato,blanched - 1 small size
  • Black Pepper Powder - a pinch
  • Coriander,finely chopped -1/2 tsp

Method / Assembling: 
  1. First,blanch tomato,remove its skin and chop them finely.
  2. In mixing bowl,add hung curd ,salt,cucumber,tomato,black pepper powder and mix them very well.
  3. Sprinkle some coriander at last.
  4. And your spread is readyyyyyyyyyy.......
