Today's Recipe is -Simple Potato subji in gujrati style.
In gujrati ,This is called "Rassa Wadu Batata nu shak". this is very simple dish gujrties often make. you can even find this recipe in many fuctions like marriages as one of the curry option.This is super OILY subji so Those who are on strick diet,please avoid

now i am moving to my recipe.

Recipe Details below:

Aloo Curry in Gujrati style

Prep Time : 20 min 
Cook Time : 10 mins
Total Time : 30 mins
Main Ingredient : Patato /Aloo
Serves : 2
Cuisine :Gujrat
  • Potato , boiled- 3 medium size 
  • Oil - 1 tbsp 
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Mustard seeds - a pinch 
  • Cumin seeds - a pinch 
  • Coriander - 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1 cup

Method / Assembling:
  1. Cut boiled potato into small pieces.
  2. Heat Oil in pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds.allow them to crackle.
  3. Add Garlic paste and potato pieces.
  4. Add water and Stir them well.
  5. Add Salt,Turmeric and Red chilli powder and mix them well.
  6. Boil this subji for 5-7 mins.
  7. Serve Hot with chapati , Puri or Paratha   
  • You can Definitely Reduce the amount of Oil.
