I am a big big fan of Peda. I love it very much.Peda is traditional indian sweet recipe prepared in thick,semi-soft piece.The main ingredients are cardamom,Khoa and saffron.The colour varies from creamy white to a caramel colour.
It is said that the origin of the peda is Uttar Pradesh (state of india).The different Variety from the city Mathura considered as best.
So my today's post is - Mathura Peda recipe .i found this recipe on rachna's kitchen.
And yaa i am changing my post look from this post to make it more readable .i hope you will like this.
- When you prepare Mathura Peda remember to fry/roast Mawa as much possible. The more Mawa is fried/roasted the more its shelf life increases.
- You can get Khoa from any indian dairy store.
