Betel leaf in India is widely used as mouth freshner.it helps in digestion.....
Here I use betel leaves in a bit different way..

Ingredients:

  • Betel leaf -1/3 portion (it has very strong flavour so small amount is enough.)
  • Fennel - a pinch
  • Clove powder - a pinch
  • Green tea - 1 tsp
  • Water -150 ml
  • Sugar - as per your taste.
Method:
  1. Take 1/3 portion of betel leaf, pinch of clove powder, fennel and boil them in with water for 5-7 mins.
  2. In a separate pan boil green tea for 3 mins.make sure there are no bubbles in tea.
  3. Mix both mixture and add sugar at last.
  4. Serve hot.....

Love,
Priya...........
