Here I use betel leaves in a bit different way..
- Betel leaf -1/3 portion (it has very strong flavour so small amount is enough.)
- Fennel - a pinch
- Clove powder - a pinch
- Green tea - 1 tsp
- Water -150 ml
- Sugar - as per your taste.
- Take 1/3 portion of betel leaf,pinch of clove powder,fennel and boil them in with water for 5-7 mins.
- In a separate pan boil green tea for 3 mins.make sure there are no bubbles in tea.
- Mix both mixture and add sugar at last.
- Serve hot.....
