Hi everyone,

I cook this subji yesterday in my dinner. I got bored with regular aloo /potato gravy subji so want to make something different.then suddenly this recipe comes in mind.
This is tangy,slight sweet and flavorful yet Simple,quick recipe if you have coriender-mint chutney available in your fridge otherwise you have to prepare that first. For chutney recipe CLICK HERE.

Main Ingredients: Potato &Green Chutney.


  • Green Chutney - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Potato ,boiled - 2 medium size
  • Red chili powder - a pinch
  • Everest Subji masala - a pinch
  • Fresh coriender (optional)
  • Oil -2 tbsp


  1. Heat oil in pan,add cumin seeds.
  2. When seeds crackle ,add green chutney and 1tbsp water and cook this paste until it reduce oil in pan.

  3. Now, add salt ,red chili powder,subji masala and boil potato.
  4. Mix them well and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Serve hot.
