Hello foodies,

Okie directly moving on today's recipe- Onion Pulao..

Recipe Details below:

20-25 mins10 mins 25  mins
Cuisine : Fusion
Main ingredients: Basmatti Rice and Onions


  • Basmati Rice,cooked -1 cup
  • Onions,finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Three/clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  • Matar - 2 tbsp
  • Coriender - for garnishing
  • Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 4-5 nos


  1. Heat Ghee in pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds.when seeds crackle add curry leaves,matar and chopped onions.and saute it for 3-4 mins.
  3. Now add cooked rice and mix them well.
  4. Add a pinch of salt if required.
  5. Cook them for 2 mins.
  6. Garnish with coriender leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
