Fried onions known as birasta is the main ingredients of any biryani recipe.now a days it is easily available in market but its very easy to make at home too.




Ingredients:

  • Onions,sliced - 3-4 medium size
  • Oil -for deep fry
  • Salt - pinch


Method:

  1. Heat oil in vessel.
  2. Put finely sliced onion and fry it on medium flame.
  3. Add pinch of salt.it will make our onions to cook faster.
  4. Cook onions until brown.and use this birasta when it comes in room temperature.

Can be stored for 3-4 days.
