Hello my dear foodies,

I am sharing tangy,sweet,spicy chutney recipe today. well, chutney is unique sweet,spicy,tangy condiment used to complement variety of foods as well as adding flair to recipe.
Here are the ingredients


  • Coriender/cilantro - approx 1 1/2 cup 
  • Mint leaves- 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp,roughly chopped
  • Green chilli - 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar - approx 1 tbsp 
  • peanuts - 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 5-6 cloves
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
  1. Wash coriender/cilantro and mint leaves properly.
  2. Now add this washed Leaves along with Salt,Ginger ,Green chilli, peanuts,Garlic cloves, Sugar and lemon juice in mixture jar / blender.
  3. Grind this ingredients to a fine,smooth paste..( do not use water for grinding,the moisture of lemon juice,sugar,cilantro is enough to make smooth paste)
  4. Refrigerate this chutney and use as require.
