I am sharing tangy,sweet,spicy chutney recipe today. well, chutney is unique sweet,spicy,tangy condiment used to complement variety of foods as well as adding flair to recipe.
Here are the ingredients
- Coriender/cilantro - approx 1 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves- 1 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ginger - 1 tbsp,roughly chopped
- Green chilli - 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar - approx 1 tbsp
- peanuts - 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
- Wash coriender/cilantro and mint leaves properly.
- Now add this washed Leaves along with Salt,Ginger ,Green chilli, peanuts,Garlic cloves, Sugar and lemon juice in mixture jar / blender.
- Grind this ingredients to a fine,smooth paste..( do not use water for grinding,the moisture of lemon juice,sugar,cilantro is enough to make smooth paste)
- Refrigerate this chutney and use as require.
