Recipe Details below:

1015-20 mins 20 mins
Cuisine : Indian

Ingredients:
  • Atta - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Semolina - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Yoghurt/curd -2 tbsp
  • Oil - for deep frying
  • Water - as per need
Method:
  1. Mix atta,salt,semolina,oil yoghurt and mix it very well.
  2. Add some water if needed.
  3. Make a medium soft dough.
  4. Keep dough aside for 20-25 mins.
  5. Make wide enough poori.
  6. Deep fry in oil.
  7. Serve with chole.

I serve Curd,achaar,papad,rice with chole.
